About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR professional to join our team as a Senior Executive / Executive, Human Resources & Administration. This role is critical in managing the full spectrum of HR functions while providing operational and administrative support to ensure smooth business operations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, payroll, compensation & benefits, and performance management.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and compliance with labour laws.
  • Prepare HR reports and support workforce planning.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and learning & development programs.
  • Support operational workflows, SOPs, vendor management, procurement, and IT account setups.
  • Compile and analyze HR and operational data for business insights.
  • Ensure adherence to HR policies, regulatory requirements, and participate in audits.

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in healthcare or service operations.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
