Job Description

Responsibilities

1. General office and outreach administration

  • Day-to-day outreach administrative duties include but are not limited to:
  • processing of cancer screening signups, issuance of paperwork, follow-up, and post-screening reviews.
  • Processing/ Collection of surveys both online and offline
  • Maintain, and update databases and admin-related policies for both cancer screenings and events.
  • Manage preparations for meetings and reports as required.
  • Handling of general/external inquiries via phone or email.
  • Inventory management of all cancer screenings and events-related logistics.
  • Prepare/collate billings and payments for submission to Finance.
  • Any other ad hoc administrative matters or projects as assigned.

Candidate Requirements

Technical Competencies:

  • Minimum 1 years work experience in a similar role will be an advantage
  • Knowledge of office procedures and admin management
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite, Google Suite and basic IT knowledge
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, bilingual

  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work and communicate comfortably with all levels
  • Ability to multi-task and can work in an efficient manner
  • Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Strong sense of confidentiality and discretion
