Job Description
- Administrative & accounting related duties
- Keeping track of new, ongoing and complete work orders
- Ordering of materials & parts where required (local and overseas suppliers)
- Create / Update / Sending of invoices and statement of accounts
- Following up on payment collections
- Scanning / Filing of records
Job Requirement
- N / O Level / Diploma
- Good organisational & interpersonal skills
- Familar with Microsoft Word / Excel
- Prior experience in automotive trade will be added advantage
- Work Location (Kranji)
