Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end administrative operations for the organisation.
- Monitor and ensure prompt payment of rent, utilities, and office expenses.
- Assisting in basic company filings and coordinating with company secretaries in handling all regulatory disclosures.
- Keeping a record of expenses and income, updating journal entries of expenses on the accounting system.
- Prepare activity reports for management review and decision-making.
- Support overseas visitors by coordinating travel, meetings, and documentation, including minutes.
- Planning and coordinating of events
- Any other functions and activities as assigned.
Requirements:
- At least 3 to 5 years of working experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable, organised and detail-oriented.
