About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Executive to support our day-to-day administrative operations. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring smooth office functioning, supporting insurance processes, and delivering excellent internal and external service.
Key Responsibilities
Office AdministrationManage office supplies, inventory, and procurement activitiesMaintain and update company records, databases, and filing systemsHandle correspondence, emails, and communication with clients and vendorsEnsure office equipment is well-maintained and coordinate servicing when necessaryPolicy & Claims Support- Assist in processing insurance applications, renewals, and cancellations
- Verify, organize, and file policy documents, endorsements, and claims
- Liaise with underwriting and claims departments for documentation
- Follow up on pending insurance claims and maintain updated records
- Customer Service & Support
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, or walk-ins
- Provide admin support to sales and customer service teams
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and training sessions
