We are growing start-up company in the heavy equipment distribution, looking for a HR cum Admin Executive who will be responsible for managing HR and general administrative tasks. The role involves supporting sales operations, and handling authority submissions such as COE bidding and regulatory applications. This role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with Singapore government systems.
Administrative Support:
. Assist in drafting quotations for sales of heavy equipment.
. Prepare standard sales and service contracts.
. Submit COE bidding applications through ONE.MOTORING (LTA) portal.
. Ensure timely submission of permits, renewals, and compliance documents (e.g., vehicle approval, importation licenses, etc.).
. Keep up to date with relevant government regulations and ensure compliance.
Human Resource Support:
. Manage the full spectrum of HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll support.
. Maintain and update employee records in compliance with MOM and PDPA regulations.
. Administer statutory submissions: CPF, IR8A, NS declarations, and other government-related filings.
. Coordinate staff welfare, training logistics, and employee engagement activities.
. Assist in implementing HR policies and ensuring alignment with Singapore labour laws.
Requirements:
. Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
. Min 3 years of relevant experience in HR or Admin, preferably in automotive or construction industry.
. Knowledge of LTA COE bidding and submission processes is a strong advantage.
. Knowledge of Singapore employment laws, MOM regulations, CPF, and IRAS compliance.
. Strong communication skills, ability to multitask and work independently in a start-up environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office knowledge of HRMS or ERP systems is a plus.
