Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Admin Executive to support administrative operations within the automotive financing sector. This role primarily involves assisting with loan processing, documentation, and coordination with internal teams and external partners. The ideal candidate is meticulous, efficient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high accuracy requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in processing automotive loan applications and documentation
Verify customer information and ensure completeness of submitted documents
Liaise with financial institutions, dealers, and clients regarding loan matters
Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
Prepare reports, forms, and administrative documents
Monitor loan application status and follow up where necessary
Handle general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
Support the team with ad hoc administrative tasks
Key Requirements
Minimum 2 years of administrative experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation
Good organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Basic understanding of loan processing or financial services is an advantage
Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
Prior experience in the automotive or financial services industry is a plus
