[What the role is]
You will be working in the School of Health & Social Sciences to support the administative operations fo the Oral Health Therapy section.
[What you will be working on]
- Support Ops and Admin activities for NYP Oral Health Therapy clinical training at National University Centre for Oral Health Singapore (NUCOHS).
- Oversee the management of course facilities such as simulation labs and x ray machines at NYP.
- Manage asset and inventory records and coordinate the procurement of consumables and equipment.
- Oversee facility maintenance, ensuring workplace safety compliance and cleanliness, safety standards, and adherence to protocols.
- Manage onsite Dental Surgery Assistants and Patient Service Associates at NUCOHS.
- Assist in the preparation of annual operating budgets and finance reports for audits.
- Contribute actively to the continuous improvement of the Diploma in Oral Health Therapy training
- Support school-based outreach activities and events.
- Assume additional responsibilities, when required, in the School of Health & Social Sciences and Nanyang Polytechnic.
[What we are looking for]
- Relevant recent work experience in managing the operations of a dental facility in Singapore.
- Good exposure to lab management including familiarity with facility maintenance, asset management, workplace safety, and procurement.
- Familiarity with online collaboration platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams for on/off campus activities.
- Proficient in Microsoft excel and similar programs for preparation of reports and data visualisation.
- Familiarity with local Oral Health Therapy legislation and work scope.
