Job Purpose:
The Admin Executive ensures smooth daily office operations by managing documentation, supporting internal departments, and coordinating administrative logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle documentation, filing, and correspondence for departments.
- Coordinate office supplies, facility maintenance, and equipment servicing.
- Manage travel arrangements, meeting schedules, and petty cash claims.
- Support HR in onboarding paperwork and staff administrative matters.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, letters, and presentations.
- Maintain and update internal databases and record systems.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in general office administration.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
