Job Scope:
a. Course Evaluation Administration (existing process)
- Manage end-to-end course evaluation processes using MS Word templates and email systems
- Collate participant feedback and coordinate evaluation data collection
- Prepare and format course evaluation reports following established procedures
b. Documentation and Reporting (existing process)
- Maintain course evaluation records and filing systems
- Track completion status of evaluation processes across training programmes
- Coordinate circulation and approval workflows for course reports
- Support preparation of summary reports and trend analysis
c. Process Coordination and Transition Support
- Liaise with training departments and facilitators on evaluation requirements
- Support testing and transition activities as LEAP digital functionalities are implemented
- Assist in maintaining quality standards during system migration period
- Coordinate with LEAP team on system enhancement feedback
d. Provide administrative support for the Department as required
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Word and Excel for data entry and template management
- Strong attention to detail for accurate data collation and record-keeping
- Basic administrative experience, preferably 1-2 years in office environment
- Good written and verbal communication skills for coordination with various departments
- Familiarity with email systems and electronic filing
- Ability to work with templates and standardised forms
- Basic report preparation skills
- Familiarity with evaluation or feedback collection processes will be a bonus
- Experience with process documentation and workflow coordination
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Adaptability to work with both manual and digital systems during transition period
Duration: 3 Months
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 8.30am - 6.00pm, Friday: 8.30am - 5.30pm
