Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detailed Administrative & Logistics Executive to support daily operations across departments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth administrative workflows, coordinating logistics, and assisting with HR and finance-related tasks. This role is pivotal in maintaining organizational efficiency and supporting senior management.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support across departments including Sales, Marketing, Operations, HR and Finance
- Support Operation and Sales team in quotation, invoice, logistics, fulfilment and inventory management
- Manage procurement, vendor coordination, payment process with basic knowledge in Xero accounting system or similar
- Office administration includes cleaning services, servicing, pantry supplies, etc.
- Handle correspondence, general enquiries, schedule appointments and travel arrangement
- Assist in E-commerce operations where needed
- Maintain internal policies, SOPs, and documentation
Requirements
- Minimum ITE certificate or any higher Certificate
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of Xero or similar accounting system
- Basic use of Adobe is a plus
- Good communication skills in English and Chinese
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and be a team player
- Experience in procurement, logistics, bookkeeping or HR admin is an advantage
- Only fot Singapore citizen or PR.
