Job Description - Admin Executive
- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all necessary information is complete.
- Maintain and organize all necessary documentation, including quotation preparation, processing Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO), and invoices to support departmental activities.
- Coordinate all incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring parcels, equipment, and materials are delivered and collected on schedule.
- Liaise with vendors and customers on billing and payment matters.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate team members, while managing office-wide email correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
- To support ad-hoc task assigned by HOD.
Qualification
- Minimum Diploma in any relevant.
- Preferably 1-2 years of working experience in relevant field, entry level candidates are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Experience in SAP & administrative functions is a plus.
- Able to interact with customers professionally and efficiently, while also meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
