Job Description

Job Description:

- Support daily operations involves order processing, delivery coordination, inventory monitoring

- Providing administrative support to the Sales, Service, Marketing, Finance and HR Team

- Process and entry sales orders accurately and timely in the system such as verify pricing, product details, and customer information

- Issue invoices, delivery orders, and related documentation

- Coordinate delivery schedules with warehouse, dealers, contractors, and customers

- Monitor delivery status and handle any delivery-related issues

- Prepare and submit necessary shipping documents

- Monitor inventory levels and update stock weekly

- Perform regular stock reconciliation and physical stock counts

- Coordinate with warehouse team on stock movement and replenishment

- Handle customer inquiries related to orders, delivery, and documentation

- Maintain and update customer database

Job Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience preferred

- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

- Experience in ERP system is an advantage

- Good communication and coordination skills

- Detail-oriented and able to multitask

- Positive attitude and team player

- Able to work independently with minimal supervision

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Compensation:

- Working location: Ubi

- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm

- Bus fare to office is reimbursed

- Variable bonus
