Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative duties such as filing systems, typing, copying, binding, scanning, office stationery etc.
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and office operations.
Maintain proper filing and systematic organization of office documents.
To arrange and co-ordinate import/export and transshipment to ensure timely arrivals and handle all related documents.
Prepare of shipping documents such as Commercial Invoice, Packing list, certificate of origin, and other documents
Handle procurement support such as purchases requisitions, purchase orders, DO and Invoice tracking.
Arrange courier of samples and documents
Check and maintain delivery documents and perform data entry.
Provide administrative support to management and other departments as needed.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma holder or GCE O Level with at least 1 years of relevant working experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication skills and a positive learning attitude.
