- Working Hours - Mon to Thurs 8.30am - 6pm, Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm
- Monthly Salary - up to $2400 per month

Job Scope:
- Support records management by documenting file scopes, coordinating digitisation with vendors, tracking progress, and conducting quality checks.
- Maintain accurate file records, follow up on disposition actions, and ensure timely completion of documentation tasks.
- Provide office administrative support, including verification of reimbursement claims, record-keeping, and coordination with internal staff and vendors.
- Assist with procurement processes, track budget utilisation, and support printing of official materials.
- Support office renovation projects by coordinating staff briefings, gathering feedback, sharing progress updates, and managing workspace relocations.
- Provide secretariat and coordination support for meetings, engagement sessions, and operational activities as required.
Requirements:
- Diploma and above
- Relevant job experience encouraged
- High level of organisation and attention to details.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Previous experience in administrative roles or project support is preferred but not required
