Manage the onboarding of RNF representatives, ensuring all regulatory and internal requirements are met.
Ensure compliance with the MAS Representative Notification Framework (RNF) through Fit & Proper assessments, ongoing monitoring, and continuous screening, including annual declarations.
Review, assess, and escalate Fit & Proper cases in accordance with MAS RNF requirements, including cases involving adverse findings and recommended supervision measures.
Manage administrative matters relating to representatives, including transfer administration and representative code management.
Support the planning and execution of company events and initiatives.
Perform general administrative and clerical duties as assigned.
Participate in ad-hoc projects and initiatives as required.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Strong familiarity with MAS guidelines, including the Representative Notification Framework (RNF), and other relevant regulatory requirements.
Experience in Fit & Proper assessments and enhanced monitoring protocols is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Resourceful, with a strong team-oriented and collaborative mindset.
Meticulous with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
