Job Description

  • Assist with general office administrative tasks.
  • Keep good records of the company documentation.
  • Process invoices, handle accounts, and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Provide quotation, purchase order, invoice and email to clients
  • Reply to emails and handle paper works
  • Accurately enter data into software, maintaining up-to-date records.
  • Attending incoming calls and emails from customers or clients.
  • Printing and filing documents (e.g. tax invoices, bank statements, invoices issued, etc.).
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned by superior.
  • Requirement: Excellent skill in MS Office and computer literate
