As an Administrative Exective, you will assist the Head of Operations in overseeing
the operational activities (Admin Depet) at an Institutional Site of Curate Kitchen.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Handle general administrative tasks to ensure efficient operation.
- Planning of Duty Roster for daily operations.
- Organise and maintain physical and electronic files.
- Oversees inventory and raise Purchase Order accordingly.
- Serves as a point of contact for maintenance, mailing and purchasing requests.
- Provide administrative support to various project, as assigned.
- Provide support and assistance to other team members as needed.
- Under the WSH Act, employees have a duty to keep their workplace and colleagues safe.
- Co-operate with Management and follow safety and health procedures.
- Ensure all employees are WSH/FHC certified and conduct regular checks on their validity.
- Enrol new hires for these courses and Refresher courses for existing employees, two months prior to expiry.
- Report unsafe acts and incidents.
- Be responsible for any other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time as your management deen fit.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O Level / Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent, with at least 1 to 2 years of relevant administrative or operations support experience (F&B or institutional setting preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiar with electronic filing systems, duty roster planning, and procurement processes.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively with colleagues, vendors, and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements and Food Hygiene Certification (FHC) processes will be an advantage, with a proactive approach to ensuring compliance.
