Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to management
- Manage office supplies, pantry items, and ensure smooth office operations
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management
- Coordinate maintenance and servicing of office equipment
- Handle documentation, filing, and record-keeping with accuracy
- Assist with procurement tasks, including sourcing and quotation comparison
- Welcome and attend to office visitors, deliveries, and general enquiries
- Perform occasional driving duties (e.g. document delivery, errands, operational support)
- Support ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum GCE O Level or equivalent
- 1-2 years of relevant administrative experience (corporate environment preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently
- Positive attitude with a hands-on and proactive mindset
- Singapore Citizen or PR only
