Responsibilities
- Define Program Requirements, objectives and timelines in alignment with Customer Schedule
- Develop detailed Project plans, Schedules and Proposals
- Monitor Program progress and adjust plans to ensure no delay in Qualification Timeline
- Lead Data Analysis for Customer and Internal Team Purposes relating to H-M Matching & HDD Optimization
- Identify KPIV/Media Parameters that affect HDD Performance (Passrate/EC FR, HDD RW & Defect Performance)
- Close Collaborate with RD Team on HDD-Media Analysis Results & Findings.
- Support RTV FA and discuss with Internal for Root cause analysis and Improvement action
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Science or Related Field, Master Education is a plus.
- 2 -3 years ofprogram / projectmanagement within engineering or technology environment.
- Good understanding in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing.
- Proficient in MS Office software (Excel, Powerpoint, MS Doc).
- Good Communication and interpersonal relationship skills and ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
- Able to adapt to change priorities and work in fast-paced environment
- Able to work in Cleanroom environment
