Administrative Executive
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Perform customer due diligence (on-boarding and on-going monitoring), including pre-onboarding procedures to ensure KYC compliance
- Assistance in preparation of invoices
- Assisting the corporate secretarial department in preparation of company documents
- Maintenance of customer relations software
- Familiarity with companies incorporation and administration
- Maintain a well-organized filing system in order to enable efficient retrieval of information and documents to clients
- Assist in administrative duties
- Any other relevant duties as assigned by manager
Requirements:
- Diploma preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience in corporate secretarial or services firm
- Familiarity in Statutory Reporting, filing with ACRA and IRAS and Companies Act welcomed
- Independent, organized and meticulous
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, Word
- Positive working attitude, pro-active, good team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Able to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
