Provide general administrative support to projects under the direction of Corporate and Operations Department
Sorting candidates profile application, handle pre-employment medical check-up, work pass application, process security license application, engage candidates for contract signing, contract briefing, administer staff pass application and register candidate for training etc
Liaise with MOM, PLRD, Business Units, recruitment teams, training school and other departments
Research, register and oversee training plan and applications for existing and/or new employees
Assist in preparing training materials for existing and/or new employees
Assist in preparing basic quotations, tender documents, service agreements and/or any documents required by the Corporate and Operations Department
Assist in the annual Security Grading Exercise
Coordinating office activities
Conducting Research and answering calls and recording messages
To handle and provide on-boarding and off-boarding administrative support
Update and administer e-administration portal
Liaison person between Corporate and Operations Departments
Prepare manpower reports and other ad-hoc reports as assigned
Assist in administrative matters e.g. raising of purchase requisition, liaising with vendors for quotations
Maintain inventory for general office logistics e.g. stationeries, office equipment, fixed assets, pantry items, staff uniforms, etc.
