Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or walk-ins
  • Attend to walk-in customers
  • Handle inventory
  • Provide administrative support to daily operations
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Minimum O Level above
  • Age 18 - 28 years old
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Prior experience in admin/sales support preferred
  • Singaporeans or PRs only

Working Hours:

  • 5.5 days work week
  • 9am to 6pm mon to friday
  • Sat 9-1pm (work from home)
