Administrative Support:
- Provide daily administrative assistance to office and project teams.
- Oversee office supplies, filing systems, correspondence, and document control.
- Assist in the preparation of letters, reports, quotations, and project documentation.
- Support management with scheduling and coordination of tasks.
Accounts & Finance:
- Manage data entry, bookkeeping, accounts receivable/payable, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare invoices, purchase orders, vouchers, and receipts.
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with clients and suppliers.
- Assist with monthly closing, financial statement preparation, and GST submissions.
- Liaise with external accountants, auditors, and tax agents.
Human Resources (Part-time HR Functions):
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff record management.
- Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations for foreign workers (WP, S Pass, EP).
- Prepare and issue employment contracts, confirmation letters, and termination documents.
- Track leave records, attendance, and staff claims.
- Ensure HR practices align with MOM regulations and company policies.
- Act as the main HR contact for employees on basic HR-related queries.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Provide ad-hoc support in administrative, accounting, and HR tasks as needed.
- Collaborate closely with management to ensure smooth office and project operations.
