Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support - Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the office and project teams - Manage office supplies, filing systems, correspondence, and document control - Assist in preparation of letters, reports, quotations, and project documentation - Support management in scheduling and coordination
Accounts & Finance - Handle data entry, bookkeeping, AR/AP, bank reconciliation - Prepare invoices, purchase orders, vouchers, and receipts - Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with clients/suppliers - Assist in monthly closing, preparation of financial statements, and GST submissions - Liaise with external accountants, auditors, and tax agents
Human Resources (Part-time HR Functions) - Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and staff records management - Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations for foreign workers (WP, S Pass, EP) - Prepare and issue employment contracts, confirmation letters, and termination documents - Manage leave records, attendance, and staff claims - Ensure HR practices comply with MOM regulations and company policies - Act as HR contact point for employees regarding basic HR matters
Others - Provide ad-hoc administrative, accounting, and HR support as required - Work closely with management to ensure smooth office and site operations
