Admin Clerk needed.

2 years working experience



MingJung Engineering Pte Ltd is a construction company.
current project at VSMC (near Tampines Fire Station)

5 Days working 8:30am to 6:00 pm, located at Pasir Ris Height, Vue 8 Condo

Must :

Excel, Words, Power Point, Cloud (Office 365 version)

Well Chinese (read, write and speak)

(The management is Taiwanese who are limited to other language, and need Chinese skill for customers reporting and paper work as required by customers. Time consuming is need translate vehicles during meeting with customer or project presentation to customers)

Main duty (Multi Task):

Construction Administration work, filing, documentation,

Coordinate work with sub-contractor and their workers, get quotation,

Report to Main contractor on daily progress, weekly progress or monthly progress.

prepare document for Boss's meeting purpose.
