Job Description

Job Description:

  • Handle daily administrative and clerical duties
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery order and purchase orders
  • Date entry and maintain proper filing of documents
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails and customer enquires
  • Coordinate with suppliers, customers and internal staff
  • Assists in scheduling, documentation and office coordination
  • Maintain office records and update company databases
  • Support HR and accounting administrative tasks when required
  • Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management


Requirements:

  • Minimum N/O level, ITE or equivalent qualification
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and in a team
  • Responsibility, organized and willing to learn
  • Prior administrative experience will be an advantage
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
