Job Description

This will be a 3-months temporary contract.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Tally of payment, SkillsFuture claim, invoice submissions

  • Logistic support of training operations

  • Liaison with external agencies on documents and submissions

  • Answering to telephone and email enquiries on training course

  • Any adhoc duties assign

Job Requirements

  • Minimum GCE O LEVEL

  • IT knowledge

  • Microsoft Office Knowledge, especially in Excel

  • Have knowledge in Digital website (eg, Skill Future claim)

  • Candidates who are bi-lingual will be advantageous

  • Good Communication and interpersonal skills
