Junior Admin Clerk
Job Summary
We are seeking a responsible and organized Junior Admin Clerk to support daily administrative and office operations. The successful candidate will assist with data entry, filing, document preparation, handling correspondence, and general office duties. This role is suitable for entry-level candidates who are detail-oriented and willing to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties
- Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
- File and organize physical and electronic documents
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails professionally
- Prepare letters, reports, invoices, and other documents
- Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail/courier services
- Maintain office supplies and stationery inventory
- Support other departments with administrative tasks
- Ensure confidentiality of company information and documents
Requirements
- Minimum secondary school education / Nitec
- Basic knowledge of office procedures
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and email communication
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Prior administrative experience is an advantage
- Attention to detail
