Job Description

The Admin position at Benchmarking Pte Ltd supports the daily operations of the office, ensuring smooth administrative processes. The role involves handling clerical tasks, maintaining records, coordinating with internal teams, and assisting in HR, finance, and operational support functions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Organize daily files, including but not limited to invoices, receipts, quotations, ensuring a systematic and easily accessible filing system.

- Format and organize reports according to specified guidelines, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to standards.

- Take responsibility for a portion of client communication tasks, establishing and maintaining positive client relationships.

- Assist in processing invoices, expense claims, and coordinating with the accounts team when required.

- Maintain proper documentation, records, and filing systems.

- Excellent communication and coordination skills to build and maintain positive relationships with team members and clients.

Requirements:

- At least 1-2 years of relevant administrative experience preferred (entry-level candidates may be considered).

- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with digital tools.

- Good organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Conditions:

- Office-based role (Monday to Friday, standard office hours).
