JOB TITLE : ADMIN ASSISTANT (PURCHASING & FACILITIES)
- Source goods with best prices, negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure quality, cost efficiency and timely delivery
- Manage the entire purchase order process from placement to delivery to accounts
- Assess vendor performance to ensure stardard are met
- Keep stock levels optimal and conduct weekly / monthly stock count
- Maintain documents on inventory, purchase summary and relevant reports
- Handle of issuing PPE, despatch documents, printing & laminating of documents / signages and updating of all administrative tasks documentation
- Handle additional responsibilitiesas needed
- Carry out additoinal tasks as assigned by Superior / Management
1-2 years in procurement experience, added advantage in construction sector
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Team player, meticuolous, details oriented
Strong sourcing and negotiation skills
Ability to multitask, priorities and manage time effeciently
