We're Hiring: Admin Assistant

Location: Lower Delta Road | MonFri, 9am6pm | Full-Time

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Manage daily office operations and procedures
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and internal documents
  • Handle calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory
  • Support team members with various admin tasks
  • Organize and retrieve files and records as needed

What You Know:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize with ease
  • Familiarity with office systems and procedures
  • Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
  • Experience in calendar management and travel coordination
