Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable Admin Assistant who enjoys structured office work and wants to build a foundation in corporate administration within a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Enter data accurately and scan documents to maintain organized digital and paper filing systems for records and delivery orders
  • Monitor office stationery and pantry supplies, replenishing them promptly to maintain a comfortable workplace
  • Coordinate daily incoming and outgoing mail and arrange courier services efficiently
  • Provide administrative support such as printing and filing reports to assist various departments as needed
  • Communicate clearly in English to ensure smooth coordination and task completion within the office

Required competencies and certifications

  • Minimum GCE N or O Levels education
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel to perform document processing and reporting tasks

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data entry and filing
  • Punctuality and a positive can-do attitude to support team productivity and workplace harmony
