Job Description:

  • Accurately and promptly process sales order.
  • Maintain items cost, contract price and roll cost.
  • Maintain up-to-date system records and sales performance tracking.
  • Responsible for administration and sales support.
  • Prepare Invoice, DO, Commercial Invoice for delivery.
  • Process vendor invoice entry.
  • Update and maintain proper filing systems and records.
  • Perform any others ad-hoc assignments assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE O-Level qualification or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team -oriented environment.
  • Preferably 2 years of experience as an Administrator.
