We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support our team in ensuring smooth administrative and production operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle invoicing and assist with customer enquiries
- Support production-related tasks including:
Issuing task orders
Managing packing materials and stickers
Coordinating assembly orders - Prepare and maintain product labels and stickers
- Manage product catalogue and photos
- Handle staff accessories management (e.g., shoes, uniforms)
- Maintain Halal certificates and ensure documentation compliance
- Create purchase orders (POs) and handle other administrative documentation
Requirements
- Minimum N-Level / SPM qualification
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Organized, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Good communication skills and a team player
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 7:45 am - 5:30 pm
- Weekends off
