Provide general administrative support to the Property Division, including the preparation of tenancy agreements, Options to Purchase, and other related documentation, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Handle day-to-day tenancy matters and respond promptly to tenants feedback and requests.
Coordinate the proper handover and takeover of premises to and from tenants or buyers.
Respond to enquiries, feedback, and requests related to property matters in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain organized and up-to-date filing and documentation records.
Perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
1 to 3 years of relevant experience in property sales, leasing, property management, or office administration.
