Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for an Administrative Assistant at PMO Hospitales. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, maintaining schedules, organizing and handling correspondence, assisting executives, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The role requires frequent communication via phone and email, along with clerical support for different departments.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage schedules, organize files, and maintain documentation
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders professionally
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance, including supporting leadership teams and managing confidential information
- Ability to work independently with excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in standard office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office and email platforms
- Previous experience in healthcare settings is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training or certification is an asset
