Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Admin Assistant to support our HR and Operations teams in managing worker-related matters, documentation, and day-to-day administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and familiar with MOM processes within the construction or manpower industry.
KeyResponsibilities
- Compute and verify workers monthly salaries.
- Prepare and submit claim billings
- Handle worker-related matters, including dormitory arrangements and updating residential details via MOM OFWAS.
- Manage CSOC and CoreTrade applications and renewals.
- Handle application, onboarding for new hire workers and renewal processes for foreign workers.
- Assist in invoice processing and coordination with the Finance Department.
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications (calls, emails, correspondence).
- Maintain proper documentation and filing systems.
- Perform general administrative and clerical support duties.
- Liaise with dormitory operators, training providers, and other external parties.
Requirements
- GCE O Level / Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the construction or manpower industry.
- Knowledge of MOM OFWAS, CSOC, and CoreTrade processes is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Other Info:
- Working Location: Sembawang.
- Working Hours: 5 working days, Monday-Friday (9am-6pm).
- Salary Package: Salary will be commensurate with qualification and experience.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking staffs.
- All training provided and sample guidance by seniors.
