Job Description

Looking for a flexible role in a fast-growing e-commerce company Join us as an Admin Assistant and support our daily operations while gaining hands-on experience in the beauty and personal care industry!

This role is ideal for students, homemakers, or anyone seeking temporary or longer-term work with opportunities to grow. Training is provided.

About Glow Eden
Glow Eden brings trending beauty and personal care products to multiple markets. We operate across e-commerce platforms including Lazada, Shopee, and our own Shopify webstore, and we're expanding our team as the business grows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fulfill customer orders, including packing and quality checks before dispatch.
  • Manage inventory: monitor stock levels, restock, and purchase supplies as needed.
  • Handle logistics, including cross-border trips to Johor Bahru and other errands when required.
  • Assist with data entry and maintain accurate product information.
  • Support daily e-commerce operations, such as updating product listings and handling customer inquiries.
  • Conduct product and competitor research to support business growth.

What We're Looking For

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong time management.
  • Independent, proactive, meticulous, and reliable able to handle tasks and errands independently once trained.
  • Adaptable, flexible, and committed to completing tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail, especially when managing order fulfillment and inventory.
  • Good command of English with clear communication skills.
  • Completed at least ITE (Nitec / Higher Nitec) or equivalent.
  • Must have own laptop and a valid passport.
  • Training provided.

Work Details

  • Locations: Mainly Woodlands (near Woodlands MRT) and occasionally Sengkang (near Compassvale LRT).
  • Work is primarily on-site occasional remote work may be required.
  • Commitment: Minimum three days a week for at least three months. Candidates who can commit longer are encouraged to apply, as there is scope for more responsibilities and potential long-term opportunities.
  • Shifts: Half-day (4 hours) or full-day (8:30am-5:30pm / 9am-6pm / 10am-7pm / 11am-8pm). Exact schedule is flexible and will be discussed.
  • Pay: $10 per hour (excluding one-hour meal break for full-day shifts)
  • We operate daily, except on public holidays.
