Job Description

  • Working Days: 3 times per week
  • Working Hours: 11am - 5pm

Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office.
  • Perform general clerical tasks, including data entry, filing, and document organization.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate the ordering and restocking of supplies as needed.
  • Prepare and manage internal and external communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondence.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all forms of communication, including phone calls, emails, and postal mail.
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
