Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9am-1pm OR 1pm-5pm

Responsibilities:
- Handle daily administrative and operational support, with tasks such as:
- Attendance taking for staff.
- Data entry, filing and assist in preparing reports.
- Stock check and ordering cleaning supplies.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum NITEC in any field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
- Proficiency in English to liaise with various stakeholders.
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Good time management.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Able to work indepently and efficiently.
