Job Description

Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9am-1pm OR 1pm-5pm

Location: East Region

Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily administrative and operational support, with tasks such as:
  • Attendance taking for staff.
  • Data entry, filing and assist in preparing reports.
  • Stock check and ordering cleaning supplies.
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum NITEC in any field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
  • Proficiency in English to liaise with various stakeholders.
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Good time management.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Able to work indepently and efficiently.
