ADMIN ASSISTANT
Responsibilities:
. To handle general administrative duties such as attending to phone calls, email correspondence, filing of documentation & data entry etc
. To handle administrative duties in Admin/HR department ie. Company's insurances renewals, direct workers administrative work scope preferably with some experience in workers wages computation etc
. To provide administrative work support to Admin/Accounts/Procurement Departments etc
. Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by Superior or Management
Requirements:
. GCE O, GCE A Level, Diploma in Business Administration or relevant Degree equivalent
. Administrative with reception experience, preferably related to Construction Industry, would be an added advantage
. PC literate & bilingual with good interpersonal skills
. Meticulous, responsible & possess a good working attitude
