Job Description

Location: Singapore, 16 Gul Drive

Reporting To: HR & Admin Manager

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am 6pm, Alternate Saturdays 9am - 1pm

Role Overview:

We are looking for an Admin Assistant Manager to support our HR and Admin functions. The role will handle day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain accurate documentation for smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage general administrative duties including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Support worker recruitment to deployment processes, including documentation and records maintenance.
  • Coordinate worker course bookings, training schedules, and handle follow-ups.
  • Draft and respond to basic calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Assist internal teams with scheduling, coordination, and office management.
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Provide support for HR documentation and compliance.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors or management.

Requirements:

  • Any degree or diploma
  • 13 years of administrative experience, preferably in construction/engineering industry (advantageous but not required).
  • Fluent in Tamil and English
  • Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently.
