1. Handle general admin works and inventory control

2. Date entry

3. Take customer order

4. Arrange delivery schedule

5. Prepare quotation

Job Requirements

Fresh grad is most welcome
Experience with Business Solution Software - Autocount
Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Words and Excel)
Min O level, Nitec and above
Only Singaporeans and PR

Work days per week: 5.5 days (Alternate Sat)

Working Hours:

Mon-Fri : 0800hrs-1730hrs

Sat : 0800hrs-1300hrs
