Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm

About The Opportunity

We are currently seeking Administrative Assistant to join our managed Healthcare team to assist in a contact centre environment

You will be handling of data entry for incoming enquiries and emails while following up by:

  • Formulating replies through email on frequently asked questions
  • Data entry of member's feedback into the company portal
  • Assist in any other ad-hoc duties that are assigned by the manager

Requirements

  • Able to follow standard work processes independently
  • Able to commit for more than 3 months
  • Meticulous
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel
