About the Role
We are looking for a responsible and organized Admin Assistant to support our day-to-day administrative operations.
Responsibilities
- Handle general administrative duties including filing, data entry and documentation
- Manage correspondence via email, phone and WhatsApp
- Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments
- Maintain and update records and databases
- Coordinate with internal departments on administrative matters
- Assist with administrative tasks when required
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Minimum GCE O Level or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good communication skills in English and Chinese (to liaise with Chinese speaking associates)
- Organized, meticulous and able to multitask
- Prior admin experience preferred, fresh graduates welcome to apply
