Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and organized Admin Assistant to support our day-to-day administrative operations.

Responsibilities

  • Handle general administrative duties including filing, data entry and documentation
  • Manage correspondence via email, phone and WhatsApp
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Maintain and update records and databases
  • Coordinate with internal departments on administrative matters
  • Assist with administrative tasks when required
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE O Level or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good communication skills in English and Chinese (to liaise with Chinese speaking associates)
  • Organized, meticulous and able to multitask
  • Prior admin experience preferred, fresh graduates welcome to apply
