Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in quotation preparation, issuing of PO to supplier and invoicing to customer.
  • Consolidate and submission of monthly claim & OT for management approval.
  • Follow up payment status with client and preparation of debtor aging report
  • Maintain proper filing system (invoices/documents) according to project
  • Coordinate with freight forwarder on import / export related matters
  • Handling of import / export related document such as L/C
  • Liaising with stakeholder on performance bond preparation for tendered project.
  • Provide administrative support to project team.
  • Any other ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE O level / Nitec / Diploma in any field, preferably in Business Administrative or related business discipline from a recognised institution
  • At least 2 years of experience in administrative roles or relevant field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Self-motivated and ability to work in a team or independently with minimum supervision
  • Meticulous, organized and great interpersonal skills.
  • Able to start immediately will be a plus.
