Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and organization.
  • Manage correspondence, prepare reports, and maintain filing systems.
  • Liaise and coordinate orders with customers.
  • Handle and coordinate with drivers for delivery schedules, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Coordinate the movement of goods between the warehouse and production teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Assist with invoicing, budgeting, and financial record-keeping.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.

Job Requirement

  • GCE O Level or higher a diploma in business administration or related fields
  • 2-3 years in an administrative role, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, strong communication abilities.
