- Manage front desk duties, including attending to guests, visitors, and mainline phone calls
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier arrangements
- Oversee general office administration, including facilities, stationery, and pantry supplies management
- Generate and maintain office attendance reports
- Assist in processing invoice approvals and related documentation
- Support company events and activities when required
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned
